I highly recommend this team! First of all, they sent a doctor straight to my hotel room within 20 minutes. The staff is incredibly professional they even brought an X-ray machine right to my room. I especially want to mention Dra Carolina Tun - Thank you for your kindness and professionalism. She was so patient and answered every single question I had. Dra Carolina messaged me the very next morning to check how I was feeling and helped me with every question. Amazing service!

I have seen Dra Carolina several times due to an injury. She is amazing and kind. She did a great job stitching me up and follow up care. I love that this office is so close to my home and everyone in the office has been fantastic!! Elisio, the nurse from the office has also been doing morning house calls to properly clean and reapply new bandages. He is very patient, kind and calm which is wonderful because its so painful I am not calm. I really appreciate the care from this office.

The morning after we got to Tulum, I woke up with my lungs feeling very heavy and had a hard time breathing. I waited until the next day and my breathing got even shorter and harder to breathe. I came to this clinic and the doctor was very nice (speaks perfect English for anyone who needs an English speaking doctor) and immediately told me that my bronchial tubes were closed. She started a breathing treatment right away and prescribed me an inhaler. I was able to breathe normally right after the treatment. She also gave me her direct WhatsApp in case I had any other questions. I would highly recommend anyone to come here. Oh yea, and the price was very affordable.

I can't say enough good things about Dr. Nicolas and this clinic. I'm from the US and found the care I received from Dr. Nicolas and his staff to be far superior to anything I've experienced in the US. I developed a very serious kidney in Playa, and was amazed at how quickly I was seen. Not only did I have personal care from the doctor himself, but I had excellent communication with follow up care through WhatsApp. The doctor continued to communicate with me days after my return to the US. Do not hesitate to go to this clinic with any medical concerns you may have!

Highly recommend. We walked in to see a doctor because my son had ear pain. The doctor is very kind and one of the nicest persons we've ever met. He took his time and explained everything to us in detail. He then prescribed the necessary medications and they had everything right there, no need to go to a pharmacy. Great experience. Excellent price.
