I highly recommend this team! First of all, they sent a doctor straight to my hotel room within 20 minutes. The staff is incredibly professional they even brought an X-ray machine right to my room. I especially want to mention Dra Carolina Tun - Thank you for your kindness and professionalism. She was so patient and answered every single question I had. Dra Carolina messaged me the very next morning to check how I was feeling and helped me with every question. Amazing service!

Overall a superb experience, my individual circumstances were complex so I appreciated that the doctor took steps to check every possible source of illness via multiple blood and stool tests that put my mind at ease, and saved time trying medication that did nothing! The test results came back quickly, and I appreciated the WhatsApp follow up, BUT a few careless things soured this for me - during my blood test, the first attempt was a dud and didn’t draw any blood (never happened to me before), secondly I was frustrated that I was advised to collect my prescription from a pharmacy by showing a WhatsApp message without clear instructions that the doctor didn’t know which pharmacies would or wouldn’t be happy to sell medicine with just a WhatsApp message, which wasted a lot of time for me.

I have seen Dra Carolina several times due to an injury. She is amazing and kind. She did a great job stitching me up and follow up care. I love that this office is so close to my home and everyone in the office has been fantastic!! Elisio, the nurse from the office has also been doing morning house calls to properly clean and reapply new bandages. He is very patient, kind and calm which is wonderful because its so painful I am not calm. I really appreciate the care from this office.

My boyfriend had his ear plugged because of the scuba diving, so we needed immediate help. This clinic was the best choice we could make, because they solved his problem within 10-15 minutes. The clinic was clean, friendly, the doctor and the nurse was very helpful and emphatic. The price was really affordable so I highly recommend this clinic to anyone!🙏🏽

The morning after we got to Tulum, I woke up with my lungs feeling very heavy and had a hard time breathing. I waited until the next day and my breathing got even shorter and harder to breathe. I came to this clinic and the doctor was very nice (speaks perfect English for anyone who needs an English speaking doctor) and immediately told me that my bronchial tubes were closed. She started a breathing treatment right away and prescribed me an inhaler. I was able to breathe normally right after the treatment. She also gave me her direct WhatsApp in case I had any other questions. I would highly recommend anyone to come here. Oh yea, and the price was very affordable.
